Start to generate ideas and delve into possible opportunities/solutions.
What wows?
While we dwindle the number of concepts to something we can actually manage, we should focus on the wow spot. The concepts that wow will be turned into prototypes and tested with actual users.
What works?
The feedback we will gather from the users will enable us to iterate and improve our solution.
