Hi! I’m Ivana Elisa
User Experience Designer

A human observer, a curious individual, an innovation geek, and a product designer based in Indonesia. Currently, I am crafting user experience at Commerce Enablement, GoTo Financial.

During my professional career, I have learned a lot about empathy with other people. I put my heart and mind into understanding their needs and my hands into crafting something that can help them. For me design process is our way of telling stories, putting heart and mind is important to really understand the values. So perfect design is not only about visual aesthetics, but well a functional interface.

I am really passionate about human-centered design because it can bring a positive impact on others. I’m also still learning every single day to ensure I can deliver the right solutions.

Product Designer

May 2021 – Present

Commerce Enablement, GoTo Financial

Worked as a member of the CE team (Moka POS, GoKasir, GoStore, Selly) to improve products/ features that related to merchant and Moka POS
Facilitating design thinking process to create user-centered designs
Create a high fidelity design such as layouts, navigation systems as well as logos and graphics
Collaborate with researcher for domain research
Conducting the user interviews and usability testing to understand user needs and effectiveness of product
Embedded in scrum team to provide UX design requirements, guidance, and QA
Collaborate with product managers to define prioritization and vision
Performing metrics analysis post-launch to inform design/ UX optimization efforts

UX Designer

Nov 2017 – May 2021 (3 yr 8 mos)

Tokopedia

Worked as a member of the Financial Technology (Fintech) team to improve products/ features that related to merchant lending, payments, and investment
I also worked for Merchant team to improve products/ features that related to Tokopedia merchant
Facilitating design thinking process to create user-centered designs
Providing UX specs, guidance, and QA for dev
Collaborate with product owners and business to understand product vision, business requirements, and solve user-related problems
Collaborate with researcher for the research and usability testing
Collaborate with UI, UXE, and SE on the technical perspective in the design process
Exploring best practice approach to execute comprehensive design documentation
