Hi! I’m Ivana Elisa
Product (UI/UX) Designer

A human observer, a curious individual, an innovation geek, and a product designer based in Indonesia. Previously, I crafted user experience at GoTo Financial.

During my professional career, I have learned a lot about empathy with other people. I put my heart and mind into understanding their needs and my hands into crafting something that can help them. For me design process is our way of telling stories, putting heart and mind is important to really understand the values. So perfect design is not only about visual aesthetics but also a functional interface.

I am really passionate about human-centered design because it can bring a positive impact on others. I’m also still learning every single day to ensure I can deliver the right solutions.

GoTo Financial

Worked as a member of the CE team (Moka POS, GoKasir, GoStore, Selly) to improve products/ features that related to merchant and Moka POS
Facilitating design thinking process to create user-centered designs
Create a high fidelity design such as layouts, navigation systems as well as logos and graphics
Collaborate with researcher for domain research
Conducting user interviews and usability testing to understand user needs and the effectiveness of the product
Embedded in the scrum team to provide UX design requirements, guidance, and QA
Collaborate with product managers to define prioritization and vision
Performing metrics analysis post-launch to inform design/ UX optimization efforts
